4th Annual Fandango

Old Yellow House
Old Yellow House

Saturday, August 26, 2017. Enjoy a fun evening of music, historical vignettes, gourmet BBQ dinner, and a guided tour of Orinda's 1890 "Old Yellow House".

This is an outdoor event so dress for changeable weather. And due to uneven terrain, comfortable flat shoes are recommended.

Old Yellow House

The “Old Yellow House” in Orinda is a truly unique venue for this year’s Fandango to benefit the Moraga Adobe. You have probably driven by this landmark house on Moraga Way in Orinda countless times, but what’s inside will almost certainly amaze you!

Architect James Wright embarked on a true labor of love when he rebuilt this 19th century home, originally constructed as a railroad bunk house in 1890. James will give tours of his historic home which blends history with green energy technology and amazingly creative re-use.
